Our Story
Most Philippine SMEs we meet already want to digitally transform — they just don't know how to start. Trestlers was founded to be that starting point, and to fix a gap that shows up in almost every failed or overrun ERP project: nobody owned the step before implementation. ERP implementation partners are paid to configure and build, so discovery gets compressed or skipped. Businesses — especially SMEs without an internal IT or PMO function — end up signing implementation contracts without a clear, independent picture of their own requirements.
After years working as a senior functional analyst across ERP implementations — with particular depth in Odoo — seeing the same pattern of scope creep, budget overruns, and mid-project surprises, we built a practice dedicated entirely to the discovery phase: business analysis, change readiness, and scoping — done independently of whichever platform or partner eventually builds the system.
